How it works

1. A person fills out a form on a website or Facebook ad and asks for an estimate or more information.
2. We send them a text from a business number to confirm the request and offer times for an estimate.
3. They reply with the time they want, or ask a question.
4. The appointment is booked in the business's scheduling software, and the person gets a confirmation text.
5. Before the visit they get a reminder. After the job, they may get a one-time request for a review.

What we send

We only text people who have asked to be contacted by submitting a form and agreeing to receive text messages. Messages are about their request: scheduling, reminders, and follow-up on a service they asked about. We do not send unrelated promotions.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your request.
